winp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the winp Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering for a winp Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and such other details as winp may require. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update any details that change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winp Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. winp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify winp immediately via the support channels available on the Platform.
winp is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. winp reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including withdrawals, until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided and verified.
winp accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other channels as may be listed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. winp does not accept deposits in currencies other than PHP without prior written approval.
All funds deposited to your winp Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposit to the original source.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to winp's verification requirements. winp targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the Platform, but does not guarantee processing times. winp reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as inactive. winp may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts as disclosed in the Platform fee schedule. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to prevent their Account from being classified as inactive.

winp reserves the right to void any bet that is placed erroneously due to a system error, incorrect odds, or technical malfunction. In such circumstances, the affected bet amount will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winp Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any winp content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, winp shall not be liable for:
winp's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Balance deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
winp collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at winp.bet/privacy-policy. By registering for a winp Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winp will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

Upon termination for breach, winp reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and winnings derived from bonus play, and to withhold Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method after all applicable verification requirements are met.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through winp's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to submit a written complaint to winp via the support channels available on the Platform and allow winp a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and respond. Where the dispute relates to a PAGCOR-regulated matter, Players may additionally escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.
winp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the contact details associated with their Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the winp Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
